From business degree to complementary medicine

Whilst completing a business degree at the University of Bath, I developed a passion for travel - this took me to Europe, Central America, Africa, Asia and Australasia. It was in India, China and New Zealand that I came into contact with inspiring ideas about healthy living and healing - yoga, meditation, nutrition, ayurveda, Chinese medicine, osteopathy, naturopathy - I was hooked!

Returning to the UK my backpack was 'retired' and I set to work in the field of complementary health. I worked for 6 years in health food shops in London and Glastonbury and at the same time gained qualifications in nutrition, anatomy and physiology. Then I began to learn more about homeopathy - its truly holistic approach and history of countless successful real life cases really appealed to me and I signed up for a 4-year course at the British School of Homeopathy.  I qualified as a homeopath in 2008 and now live and practise in Glastonbury.
